Aktürk Kalıp üzerinden satın aldığınız ürünlerle ilgili memnuniyetiniz bizim için önceliklidir. İade politikamız, hem Türkiye’deki Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun hem de uluslararası (AB) tüketici hakları standartlarına uygun olarak hazırlanmıştır.

1. Cayma Hakkı (Right of Withdrawal) Mesafeli satış sözleşmesi kapsamında, ürünün size teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içerisinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin cayma hakkınızı kullanabilirsiniz.

2. İade Şartları İade etmek istediğiniz ürünlerin aşağıdaki şartları taşıması gerekmektedir:

  • Ürün kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.

  • Ürünle birlikte gönderilen tüm aksesuarlar, ambalajlar ve belgeler eksiksiz olmalıdır.

  • Özel olarak sizin için üretilen (kişiselleştirilmiş/özel ölçü kalıp vb.) ürünlerde, ilgili kanun gereği cayma hakkı bulunmamaktadır.

3. İade Süreci İade talebinizi info@akturkkalip.com üzerinden bize iletmeniz gerekmektedir. İade onaylandıktan sonra ürünün gönderim adresi tarafınıza iletilecektir. İade edilen ürünün kargo ücreti, aksi belirtilmedikçe alıcıya aittir.

4. Geri Ödeme İadeniz onaylandıktan sonra, ödemeniz en geç 14 gün içerisinde orijinal ödeme yönteminize iade edilecektir.

Europe Orders

Your satisfaction with the products you purchase from Aktürk Kalıp is our priority. Our return policy is prepared in compliance with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Consumers and international (EU) consumer rights standards.

1. Right of Withdrawal Within the scope of the distance sales agreement, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

2. Conditions for Returns The products you wish to return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, packaging, and documents included with the product must be complete.

  • Products produced specifically for you (customized items, custom-mold designs, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as per the relevant consumer protection laws.

3. Return Process You must submit your return request to us via info@akturkkalip.com. Once your return request is approved, the shipping address for the return will be provided. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping cost of the returned item is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
